For attending live online yoga class,you can access the meditation class at the scheduled time by logging in. Upon registering for the class, a login link will be provided to you.

For attending our physical yoga class you can walk into our studio and attend the same.

Our meditation teachers are certified and above all, possess extensive experience in conducting meditation sessions.

Our meditation sessions are based on age-old techniques passed down by our ancient Yog gurus.

Yog Guru Rishi will guide you live through the meditation session.

You will also receive guidance and support throughout the entire meditation session.
