Program Description

We provide psychological counseling through a professionally qualified expert, with a formal degree in the discipline.

The counselor looks at problems requiring short-term treatment, as part of the counseling.

Social, emotional, behavioral, educational, and situational and other kinds of personal concerns are addressed. For example, we work on anxiety, work-home imbalance, indecisiveness, emotional tension, loneliness, relationship problems, marital adjustments, critical surroundings, etc.

The counselling psychologist provides time, support, attention, in a structured setting, and it is strictly confidential.

Counseling sessions are over voice call and if need be, on video call. There is one session per week.

All the sessions work in 2 stages – identification (2 sessions) and remedial plan (2 sessions). So, there are a total of 4 sessions. A maintenance doctor is provided to help continue independently.

 

Program Pricing

1800/- per counseling session.

Minimum 2 sessions required. 3600/- for 2 sessions.

Maximum 4 sessions or as per need.
