I have been learning yoga from Rishi for several months now and I have already started feeling the improvement in my stooping shoulders, and also balance in my thyroid levels. He customized the asanas to suit my body’s needs which I continue to maintain with his guidance. I like the fact that Rishi is so calm and balanced in his reactions, truly like a yoga teacher. He’d always deal with a reluctant student like me with a lot of patience, and never making me feel that I am not doing enough. He is very encouraging as a teacher. The biggest proof of a good yoga class is if it makes you look forward to waking up early in the morning and doing the asanas. That’s how my classes with Rishi have been.
