Initiating the process, we recommend undergoing a few essential blood tests, providing valuable insights into your overall health status.

Taking into consideration individual food habits and patterns, we also offer balanced and suitable yogic dietary practices.

Tailored for you, we craft yoga asanas to instruct proper technique, while ensuring they are easy for you.

We also make sure that the asanas and their techniques are pain-free and avoid pushing students to extremes, ensuring accessibility and ease of practice.

We introduce yoga asanas and exercise routines that are easily achievable.

Additionally, we also provide proper guidance on rest patterns.

Operational framework of our program:

We will towards your health goal with our team comprising of  yoga therapist, nutritionist, and mental health psychologist.

Our yoga therapist will conduct 3 Physical Yoga Classes / live online yoga classes each week.

There will be 36 Physical Yoga Calsses/live online yoga classes in 3 months.

In your yoga sessions, your dedicated yoga teacher will guide you through specific asanas designed to address and help with heart care. The emphasis will especially be on correct technique and postures to ensure maximum effectiveness and benefit.

Over the course of three months, you will receive three distinct food plans, each guiding you on establishing healthy eating habits to effectively heal heart problems. These plans will include meal options and also recommend simple lifestyle changes.

Our nutritionist will schedule a voice/video call to thoroughly understand your current food patterns as well as lifestyle. This information will be crucial for tailoring a customized and effective food plan that aligns with your health objectives.

Following this call, our nutritionist will curate a personalized food plan for the initial month based on your specific requirements and health goals.

You will have two calls each month, totaling six calls over the three-month duration with your senior nutritionist.

Our mental health psychologist will schedule regular calls/one to one meetings with you, offering support in managing stress and redirecting thought patterns. You will have two calls each month, totaling six calls over the three-month duration with your mental health psychologist.

Moreover, our yoga therapist, nutritionist, and mental health psychologist will work in coordination  to help achieve your health goal.

As the program approaches its conclusion, a set of general guidelines will be provided to the target group. During this session, the yoga therapist, nutritionist, and mental health psychologist offer guidance on how to independently navigate the wellness journey.
