We will create a WhatsApp group including your yoga therapist, nutritionist, and mental health psychologist.
Over the course of three months, you will receive three distinct food plans, each guiding you on establishing healthy eating habits to effectively manage Acidity & Constipation. These plans will include meal options and also recommend simple lifestyle changes.
Our mental health psychologist will schedule regular calls with you, offering support in managing stress and redirecting thought patterns. You will have two calls per month, totaling six calls over the three-month duration with your mental health psychologist.
Our nutritionist will schedule a voice/video call to thoroughly understand your current food patterns as well as lifestyle. This information will be crucial for tailoring a customized and effective food plan that aligns with your health objectives.
Following this call, our nutritionist will curate a personalized food plan for the initial month based on your specific requirements and health goals.
You will have two calls per month, totaling six calls over the three-month duration with your senior nutritionist.
Our yoga therapist will conduct 3 live online yoga classes per week.
There will be 36 live online yoga classes in 3 months.
In your yoga sessions, your dedicated yoga teacher will guide you through specific asanas designed to address and alleviate issues related to Acidity & Constipation. The emphasis will especially be on correct technique and postures to ensure maximum effectiveness and benefit.
Moreover, our yoga therapist, nutritionist, and mental health psychologist will work in coordination through this group to help achieve your health goal.
