Hi! I am Dr Pallavi Joshi a Ph.D in nutrition with a five years of post doctoral experience in the field. I am a hard core academician and have been a gold medalist in the M.Sc. program. Public nutrition, product development and low cost healthy recipe formulation are the areas of my interest and expertise. I strongly believe that healthy life begins from healthy eating. Hence as a nutritionist , I help my clients to develop perfectly healthy eating habit that help them to live a very healthy life.

Having worked on several national as well as UNICEF sponsored projects in the field of nutrition has helped me to enhance my professional experience. I have been closely associated with ICDS in the planning and cost analysis of the low cost recipes for the mid day meal program, Rajasthan . I also have authored a book Healthy Cooking- Best of Rajasthan- 70 Curated Nutritious Recipes. Besides working for the leading national and International NGO I am always keen to disseminate my knowledge and have always enjoyed my role as a nutritionist as it connects me well to the society.
