Yoga should be presented in a simplified manner for the common person. It’s two primary components are Yogasana and Pranayama.
For many of us, yoga appears to be something highly beneficial for the human body and overall well-being. However, amidst the vast amount of information available on yoga, pinpointing the exact source for understanding it can be challenging.
