I have been learning yoga from Rishi for several months now and I have already started feeling the improvement in my stooping shoulders, and also balance in my thyroid levels. He customized the asanas to suit my body's needs which I continue to maintain with his guidance. I like the fact that Rishi is so calm and balanced in his reactions, truly like a yoga teacher.
